These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Aanchal Notebook ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), operating from Shop No. 25, Navrang Plaza, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009, India.

By accessing our website www.aanchalnotebook.shop, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, communicating with us through any channel (including but not limited to phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, OBD), or purchasing any product from our store or through our representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Description

We offer a range of stationery products including but not limited to notebooks, diaries, journals, planners, office stationery, and custom printed stationery. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our products on our website and in our marketing materials.

However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. The actual colors, appearance, and specifications of products may vary slightly from what is displayed due to differences in screen settings, manufacturing variations, and photographic lighting.

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives, a refund, or a credit note at your discretion.

2.3 Custom Products

For custom printed or branded products, the final product may have minor variations from the design proof approved by you. We consider variations within industry-accepted tolerances (including color variations of up to 10%, binding position differences of up to 2mm, and trimming variations of up to 1mm) as acceptable and not grounds for rejection or refund.

3. Pricing

3.1 Product Prices

All prices displayed on our website, quotations, and catalogs are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), shipping charges, and any other applicable fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and for which payment has been received. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Bulk Pricing

Bulk pricing and discounts are offered based on order quantity and are subject to negotiation. Bulk pricing tiers are available for orders of 50+, 100+, 500+, and 1000+ pieces. The applicable bulk pricing will be confirmed in the formal quotation provided to you before order confirmation.

3.4 Tax Invoices

A proper tax invoice (GST invoice) will be provided with every order. For B2B orders, please provide your GST number at the time of placing the order to enable us to issue a GST-compliant invoice.

All orders are subject to confirmation by us. Submission of an inquiry or order request does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a formal order confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp) along with payment instructions.

4.3 Custom Order Approval

For custom orders, you are required to approve the design proof before production begins. Once the design proof is approved, changes to the design, quantity, or specifications may not be possible without additional charges and delays. Approval of the design proof constitutes your acceptance of the final product appearance.

For orders with split payment terms, failure to pay the balance amount within 7 days of the intimation of production completion may result in delays, storage charges (₹500 per week), or order cancellation without refund of the advance payment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned in the order confirmation. For bulk orders, shipping may be free depending on order value and location — this will be specified in the quotation.

6.3 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for damage during transit. Claims for transit damage must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6.4 Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, courier strikes, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated estimated delivery timeline.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our website without our prior written consent, except as follows:

Any custom designs, logos, or artwork provided by you for custom printing remain your intellectual property. By providing such content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aanchal Notebook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties within 30 days of one party sending a written notice to the other.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, government actions or orders, strikes, lockouts, fire, flood, power failure, internet or telecommunications failures, supply chain disruptions, or any other cause beyond our control.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide an updated timeline for performance. If the force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order without liability.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website, services, or products after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
